Role Models Inspire Club Kids To Greatness!

The Role Models That Inspire program brings high achieving, inspirational leaders right to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County to discuss how they were able to overcome their challenges and meet their goals. Each month, inspirational speakers present at a select number of Clubs for an hour after school's out to share their stories and engage our teen Club Members. Speakers included Jessica Cager, prominent African American female pilot, Evander Holyfield, former Heavyweight Champion of the World, Rick & Rita Case of Rick Case Automotive Group, Julie Durda of Channel 10 News, Bob Moss of Moss & Associates, Mark Strickland, former NBA player/real estate developer and Shawn Wooden, former NFL Player.  Upcoming speakers include Gary Wendt, Commissioner Robert McKinzie and Brady Quinn, former NFL football player and game analyst for FOX Sports.

The purpose of the Role Models That Inspire program is to motivate youth to achieve academic success and make good life decisions so that they can become productive citizens. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County would like to thank the Role Models That Inspire Committee: Tom Godart (Chairman) of Godart Real Estate and BGCBC Board Member, Lonni Cibants of Axial Family Advisors and Kelly Davis of Hot 105 and BGCBC Board Member. We sincerely appreciate their support that allows prominent and influential speakers to share important insights with our teen Members.
