1. Workforce Readiness
Bring Your "A" Game
Bring Your 'A' Game is an engaging curriculum for building the seven foundational workplace skills of Work Ethic. This is a curriculum-based program that awards members with a certificate of completion from the Center for Work Ethic Development.
BGCBC runs this program for members 16-18 years old two times per year (Fall/Spring).

Money Matters
Money Matters: Make it Count has taught teens how to set goals, budget, save and invest. In addition to staff-led financial literacy sessions, young people practice their financial decision-making skills through fun, engaging digital tools and games. Teens who complete Money Matters show improved financial management skills, including saving money and sticking to a budget.
BGBC runs this curriculum-based program for members 12-18 two times per year(Fall/Spring).
Career Launch
Career Launch encourages Club members ages 13 to 18 to assess their skills and interests, explore careers, make sound educational decisions and prepare to join our nation's work force.
Virtual Reality Programs
Soft Skills
In partnership with Xennial digital, BGCBC developed a virtual reality program that is designed to enhance the soft skills and employability odds of our teens. These programs focus on building the skills needed to thrive in various workplace settings.
Skills: Negotiation, organization, professional email writing, delegating tasks, time management, and more!
Transfr VR
Career Exposure
Transfr VR provides members with an immersive learning experience, guiding them from virtual learning to meaningful careers. Transfr empowers our members through a comprehensive career development to navigate new careers, enhance job satisfaction, and adapt to the evolving job market.
Virtual training facility
The virtual training facility is a virtual environment where members can master the skills they need to get hired for well-paying jobs in a safe, supportive setting, under the expert guidance of digital coaches.

Annual Career Day
BGCBC hosts Career Day at American Heritage Schools every year to expose teens to career pathways and education opportunities. Members are exposed to careers to trending areas including technology, digital marketing, public service, aviation, automotive, and more!

Scholarships
Members who attend BGCBC and satisfy qualifying eligibility requirements are able to receive scholarship.
Nan Knox Scholarship
The Nan Knox Scholarship is a supplemental scholarship designed to assist members with tuition fees. This is an 8-disbursement scholarship with award amounts varying based on the location of the college or university selected.
Eligibility:
- An active member of the BGCBC for at least two years; must be a member during their junior and senior year.
- Attended the Club at least 40 hours/visits during the program year.
- Have a minimum 2.0 GPA
- Must show proof of acceptance letter.
- Must complete the BGCBC Scholarship application with all required documents.
Rick Case Vocational Scholarship
The Rick Case Vocational Scholarship was created to honor the legacy of Rick Case, a lifelong supporter of BGCBC. This scholarship was designed to assist members who are interested in a vocational school or certification program. This scholarship covers full tuition and fees for eligible programs.
Eligibility:
- An active member of the BGCBC for at least two years; must be a member during their junior and senior year.
- Attended the Club at least 40 hours/visits during the program year.
- Have a minimum 2.0 GPA
- Must show proof of acceptance letter & tuition estimate.
- Must complete the BGCBC Vocational Scholarship application with all required documents.
Rita & Rick Case Endowed Scholarship
The Rita & Rick Case Endowed Scholarship was created to assist members with tuition expenses to attend Nova Southeastern University.
Eligibility:
- Must be accepted to Nova Southeastern University.
- An active member of the BGCBC for at least two years; must be a member during their junior and senior year.
- Attended the Club at least 40 hours/visits during the program year.
- Have a minimum 2.0 GPA
- Must complete the BGCBC Scholarship application with all required documents prior to May 1, 2024.

Each year, one exceptional Club member is selected to be the National Youth of the Year, serving as an ambassador for Boys & Girls Club youth as well as a voice for all of our nation's young people. Over the decades, these individuals have exemplified the Boys & Girls Club mission and are proof of the impact Clubs make in transforming and shaping futures.

b. Keystone
Keystone Clubs provide leadership development opportunities for young people ages 14 to 18. Youth participate in activities in three focus areas: academic success, career preparation, and community service.
